About Me
I come from Pittsburgh.
Steel city. Small streets. Big imagination.
Like many creatives before me, I packed a suitcase and followed instinct to New York—answering a listing for a “large beauty brand.” That brand became Maybelline New York. A month later, I was on a bus to Manhattan, fueled by ambition, adrenaline, and the quiet certainty that everything was about to change.
Before the city, I learned structure inside a small agency—healthcare campaigns, industrial valves, practical problems. Important work. Necessary work. But not the work that keeps you up at night.
That arrived in the form of MANIAC, a local fashion and lifestyle magazine. What began as a side project quickly evolved into creative direction. Over two years, I produced more than ten issues—shaping editorials, building visual worlds, learning the language of beauty through light, texture, styling, and story. It was fast. It was tactile. It was transformative.
I had found my medium.
At Gotham, I grew inside one of the most iconic beauty brands on the planet. Art Director. Senior Art Director. Associate Creative Director. Creative Director. Executive Creative Director.
Titles change. Perspective deepens.
I led a collective of 13+ creatives, guiding ideas from first spark to final frame. Global product launches. Integrated campaigns. Full 360 storytelling across digital, social, retail, and experiential. I stayed close to the work—shaping concepts, refining craft, protecting the idea—while building space for my team to experiment, evolve, and surprise themselves.
My leadership is human-first.
Empathy over ego.
Transparency over hierarchy.
I believe great ideas don’t care about titles. They care about trust. I create environments where honesty lives, curiosity thrives, and collaboration is currency. My door is open. Always.
With more than 14 years immersed in beauty, I’ve led every phase of the creative process—from concept through post-production—partnering with world-class directors, photographers, and talent to bring campaigns to life. My work lives across platforms and touchpoints, but always begins the same way: with story.
“Beauty is my medium. Collaboration is my process. Emotion is my outcome.”
Outside the studio, creativity shifts scale. I cook. I travel. I redesign my home more often than I care to admit. I spend time with my dogs, Honey and Kiara. When I’m not in NYC, I retreat to Rehoboth Beach with my partner, Frank—resetting by the ocean, letting the noise dissolve, gathering inspiration for whatever comes next.
